Builder and Director Brian Cleary has been working in the building industry since 1979 as an apprentice, sub-contractor, and registered builder (since 1986) a member with the Housing Industry Association and is a Registered Building Practitioner.
Brian has constructed and project managed a wide range of small to large projects throughout Melbourne, Mornington Penisula and some country areas.
Brian’s passion has been about creating the perfect outdoor space for people to enjoy a tranquil and relaxed outdoor living within their castle (home), by constructing a prefect feature be it a deck, pergola, verandah or something a bit more specific towards the protection and security of your possessions/car with a carport or garage that will be sympathetic and enhance your property.

B.P. & L. Constructions has been operating for over 26 years building in the inner/outer eastern and southern suburbs of Melbourne, Mornington Peninsular and some country areas, building many extensions, renovations, kitchen and bathroom renovations, new homes, decks, pergolas, and general maintenance.
